The first 12 days of the year for

Born from the work of Oumraam Mickaël Aïvanov, it is a simple practice available to everyone. I have been doing it myself for several years. This use allows me to register a framework, an energy which offers me the crossing of the year, with joy, centering, determination and flexibility. This lays out the structure for the coming months 


12 RECORDED SESSIONS

These recorded sessions have been channeled out of space and time in order to transmit and receive vibrations and to put oneself and oneself also into action through our intentions and visualizations..

 

The ideal is to start your day with the session of the day.

If the morning time is too short for you, then live the session recorded the evening before and practice the visualizations of the corresponding day all day long.
Example: In the morning before leaving, I don't have time to experience the recorded sessions which last between 17 and 25 minutes. So I listen on 31/12 in the evening, that of day 1. I practice the day of 01/01 the visualizations, vibrations and indications corresponding to the session of day n°1.
